PLAN A
Source: Middle Eastern Investment Agency
Status: Islamic Compliant Loan
Loan Amounts: $500,000 to $1Billion
Terms: 6 months to 30 years, 1% interest only
Grace Period: up to 24 months grace period
Origination/Success/Broker Commission: 4% of the loan amount
Fees Due Before Disbursement: Varies, approx $400,000
Timeline: Intake to Closing: 45-60 Days
PLAN B
Source: US-Based Sovereign Trust
Status: 100% Acquisition, Funds Remitted in Tranches, Profit-Sharing, Trust Management.
Full ownership and funding are negotiated over 5 years.
Project Amounts: $50 Million to Unlimited; $50 Million Minimum Tranche
Origination/Success/Broker Commission: 7% of the loan amount (Paid by the Trust over Time)
Commitment Fees Placed in Escrow (Due Before First Tranche 5 years Only): Varies, approx 1% of the amount requested $500,000 plus $50,000 closing cost for every $50 Million of the first Tranche. Future Draws are made without fees due.
Timeline: Intake to Closing: 7-10 Days
PLAN C
Source: US-Based International Lender
Status: US-Based Business/Asset Loan
Loan Amounts: $50 Million to $10+ Billion (Below $50M can be considered)
Term: 5% Annually
Grace Period: up to 24 months grace period
Origination/Success/Broker Commission: 4% of the loan amount
Fees Due Before Disbursement: Varies, $15,000 or $30,000 if the loan is below $50 Million. This fee is waived for amounts above $500 Million.
Losing Fees: Approx. $21,000 paid by the Lender
Insurance Surety Bond: 5% of the loan amount is deducted from the loan amount. This rate is lower for amounts over $500 Million
Disbursement Fees: Above $501 Million, there is a $15,000 fee for every $500 Million Tranche
Timeline: Intake to Closing: 30-45 Days; Funds Transfer: 4-5 days
Countries Excluded: North Korea, the Middle East (excluding Bahrain), India, Pakistan, Bangladesh,
Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Russia, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
